Steam Heating Coils

Steam Heating Coils are all welded steel coils with steel or aluminum fins are constructed of Sch 40 steel pipe (or Sch 80) on request and headers. All connections are of Sch 80 steel pipe. Steam Heating Coils are enclosed in 12 gauge steel casings with drilled flanges for duct mounting. We have the standard Heating Coils as well as our NF design "NON-FREEZE" coils.

Altitude Control Valve

The Model 780 Altitude Control Valve, One Way Flow is an automatic control valve designed to control the high water level in reservoirs and tanks without the need for external control devices such as floats, etc. It is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated globe valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern design. Valve differential pressure powers the diaphragm actuator open or closed.

The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve. The upper control chamber, which operates on a three-way control principle, has pressure applied from or pressure vented through the three-way altitude pilot.

Magnetic Drive Seal-less Pumps from Sethco

Sethco magnetic drive, seal-less pumps are precision designed to meet the demands of a wide range of OEM, chemical and industrial applications. These pumps can be used for highly corrosive or mild chemicals, acids or solvents. Among its many features is its unique impeller/driven magnet design. The two are separate distinct pieces so that one can be replaced without having to purchase the other. This feature also reduces the load on the front bearing and thrust washer.

In the event a pump should ever need service, the limited number of parts allows for easy disassembly, inspection and maintenance without any special tools or talent. The motor can be separated from the pump housing without difficulty. Magnetic coupling design acts as a clutch to eliminate motor burnout and overloading under adverse conditions. Magnet housing acts as an insulator to prevent motor heat from being transferred to the fluid being pumped.

The Smar TT301 is a powerful and extremely versatile programmable temperature transmitter, which can be used with practically all relevant temperature sensors as well as with load cells, resistance position indicators, etc. The TT301 transmitter is suitable for direct field installation, being weather and explosion proof as well as intrisically safe.

As the same unit can be used for different measuring ranges and many types of sensors, the plant can be standardized using the TT301 in measurements where different types of conventional (analog) transmitters were previously necessary. This drastically reduces calibration and maintenance time, spare part requirements and trainning. It also allows the TT301 to be purchased before measurement and control parameters are known.
