Digital Temperature Transmitter
|
|
The HRC 15AL control module has dual digital displays providing readouts of both process and setpoint temperatures. Front panel Soft Start, Open Loop (Manual) Control and Closed Loop PID control buttons allow the user to select the function they want, when they want it, which puts you in control of your heating process quickly and easily. The auto-tuning function allows this controller to determine the PID parameters required for the controlled system. This provides precise control for any temperature process. |

Noncontact Infrared Temperature Measurement - Optris CT
New benchmark in non contact IR temperature sensing! The new Optris CT series offers best performance and price for non contact online temperature sensing. These units incorporate up to 20:1 precision optics for a small spot size. The sensor head can be exposed to 180C (360F) without cooling and will measure accurate from -40C to 900C (1650F). Extremely fast response time available at 3ms. See Complete Product Information | Request More Information |

Steam Heating Coils Steam Heating Coils are all welded steel coils with steel or aluminum fins are constructed of Sch 40 steel pipe (or Sch 80) on request and headers. All connections are of Sch 80 steel pipe. Steam Heating Coils are enclosed in 12 gauge steel casings with drilled flanges for duct mounting. We have the standard Heating Coils as well as our NF design "NON-FREEZE" coils.
Steam Heating Coils are good for 250 PSI steam maximum and are tested for 850 PSI in our shop before shipment. Hot dip galvanized is available on request. All stainless steel (304 and 316) heating coils available.See Complete Product Information | Request More Information |

Altitude Control Valve
The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve. The upper control chamber, which operates on a three-way control principle, has pressure applied from or pressure vented through the three-way altitude pilot. |

Chemline
SI Series Gauge Isolators allow inexpensive pressure gauges, or
any other pressure instrument to be used in corrosive services.
The upper chamber (gauge side) is filled with a stable fluid such
as glycerine. A diaphragm separates it from the lower chamber
which receives the media under pressure. |

Microprocessor Control
PURPOSE: To control multiple solenoid valves by teaching the control the voltage characteristics of each solenoids being controlled. |

Smar TT301 Smart
Temperature Transmitter 4 to 20 mA + HART
As the same unit can be used for different measuring ranges and many types of sensors, the plant can be standardized using the TT301 in measurements where different types of conventional (analog) transmitters were previously necessary. This drastically reduces calibration and maintenance time, spare part requirements and trainning. It also allows the TT301 to be purchased before measurement and control parameters are known. Dual Indoor Alarm
Model AL102-2-2R: High & Low Level
The Model AL102-2-2R is an indoor alarm that must be mounted in
a non-hazardous area. It accepts two switch contact inputs. The
high and low level alarm inputs are from a float switch. A green
LED indicates that the power is on. An audible alarm signal occurs
when either external contact is closed. A red LED provides the
visual alarm indication for each input contact. Each input contact
has a corresponding toggle switch that is turned off to mute the
buzzer. The red light remains on until the alarm condition is
corrected. The toggle switch must be switched back on in order
for the buzzer to sound the next alarm for that input. A relay
contact output is available for each input contact.See Complete Product Information | Request More Information |
