The FUZ4RTD is a 4 channel, battery powered, stand alone, RTD based, precision temperature recorder. This is an all-in-one compact, portable, easy to use device that will measure and record up to 21,845 measurements per channel. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. Extruder Rupture Disks For Plastic Extruders
Cyronix's model CBP Extruder Rupture Disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders. Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel. |

Process Chlorine Dioxide Sensor From Sensorex
|
The CLD series chlorine dioxide sensors utilize
amperometric technology for real time chlorine dioxide measurements.
Applications include water treatment disinfection and chlorine
dioxide generators. These sensors integrate ATC and provide a
fixed 4-20mA output which is temperature compensated. A power
supply voltage of 12-24VDC is required. The CLD02 is designed
for 0-2ppm measurements and the CLD10 features a measuring range
of 0-10ppm. Membrane caps are replaceable and replacement electrolyte
can be purchased to maximize service life. Body is constructed
of Black PVC and the membrane is constructed of durable Teflon.
The FC70 flow cell incorporates a vortex generator which prevents
air bubbles from forming on the membrane surface leading to erroneous
readings. |

What To Look For In Descaling Heat Exchangers And Other Water-Operated Machinery
Water scale on any heat transfer surface reduces the effectiveness of that heat transfer. This results in reduced equipment efficiency while increasing energy consumption, increasing costs and even increasing plant downtime. Often this "buildup" problem is either ignored or relegated to "fixing it at the last minute or upon mechanical failure" status because of downtime costs. This is historically based on the premise that to descale takes a great deal of time. Cleaning can be done either mechanically or with the use of chemicals. Mechanical cleaning obviously takes a great deal of downtime because to mechanically clean, you need to dismantle equipment. There is also the replacement of gaskets and seals adding to the cost. In addition, mechanical cleaning does not always get "all" the scale out. |

Pump Controllers are used in conjunction with Ktech Multi-Level Float Switches. Use two contacts to start and stop the pump. A relay circuit switches power to the fractional horsepower pump motor or to the three-phase contactor of a large pump motor.
