Melt Pressure Gauges from Cyronix are totally mechanical devices. They offer ease of installation and maintenance. In addition these gauges are ideally suited to processors who require only visual indication of melt pressure. Gauges are available in two unique styles. The CTG style features a 6" rigid stem and 30" of flex capillary. The RTG style has only a 6" rigid stem. Other configurations of these two styles are also available. In addition Cyronix also offers these same mechanical gauges with 3.3 mV/Volt transducer output, or either 4-20mA or 0 - 10 Vdc transmitter outputs. These unique gauges feature the standard Bendix style 6 pin bayonet connector and are ideal for processors looking for localized visual indication at the extruder barrel. |

Sentry 100 Series are used to monitor motors, pumps, conveyors, machine tools and any electrical load where an analogue representation is required over a range of currents. Current Transducer Solid Core Sentry 100 Series models are CSA approved and UL listed. Sentry 100 Series comprises a current transformer, range selector, rectifier-filter, and scaling circuit. Each sensor has three basic user selectable ranges. The 0-5 VDC output is available on two 6-32 screw terminals. |

Microprocessor Control
PURPOSE: To control multiple solenoid valves by teaching the control the voltage characteristics of each solenoids being controlled. |
This sophisticated microprocessor control combines multiple inputs/output with a “teach function”. The teach function offers the user the ability to teach the control various parameters or set points. These parameters or set points can be saved in memory. LED indicators provide visual confirmation for power and fault condition and outputs. |

The Model AL102-2-2R is an indoor alarm that must be mounted in a non-hazardous area. It accepts two switch contact inputs. The high and low level alarm inputs are from a float switch. A green LED indicates that the power is on. An audible alarm signal occurs when either external contact is closed. A red LED provides the visual alarm indication for each input contact. Each input contact has a corresponding toggle switch that is turned off to mute the buzzer. The red light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected. The toggle switch must be switched back on in order for the buzzer to sound the next alarm for that input. A relay contact output is available for each input contact. |
