Tower Status Indicator Lights

Tower Status Indicator Lights are available in 3 type and 3 sizes of indicating lights. Shown here are the medium size that are most commonly used. The smallest are about the size of a 25 cent piece the medium are 52 mm in OD and the larger ones are 56 mm OD and have a prismed lens for long range visibility.

The Mini Tower Status Indicator Lights can only be supplied as a one through four light unit and in a steady light performance. The Medium Tower Status Indicator Lights are available as a five light stack with each lens being a different color or colours, with a steady light or a flashing light as required and an optional buzzer. The larger diameter Tower Status Indicator Lights have a pleated rubber insert between the mounting area and the bulbs, reducing the vibration between the light bulbs.

Extruder Rupture Disks

Stainless Steel Pressure Transmitters

Stainless Steel Pressure Transmitters Model PX61 detrermin the pressures in liquids and gases and convert these pressures to an electrical signal. The PX61 features compact construction, and integral amplifier, large output signal and extensive medium compatibility. For use with ammonia or greon in refrigeration applications specify the -A for amonia or -F for freon option. The design provides a 1/2% accurate, economical transmitter that can operate accurately over a wide temperature range with corrosion resistance.

The ceramic diaphragm sensing element deflects under pressure. the mechanical deformation is converted to an electrical signal by means of a DMS-bridge. An electronic system converts the DMS-signals to a standard 4-20mA signal.

Ultrasonic Flow Measurement Granucor DK13, DC13 and MT2109

The in-line measurement of bulk solids flow is important for product quality, process efficiency and system safety. The Granucor system provides continuous, real-time flow measurement of dense phase pneumatically conveyed bulk solids or of free falling materials. Its non-intrusive design and patented software can be used to monitor and control the flow in pipes or the flow distribution through pipe networks.

A complete Granucor system is composed of two independent sensors and a correlator/integrator. The DK13 Velocity Sensor and the DC13 Concentration Sensor operate using capacitance technology and are designed for direct installation into process piping. The concentration sensor measures the change in capacitance with material present versus the capacitance of an empty pipe. This change in capacitance is proportional to the material concentration.

Plastic Butterfly Valves

The Chemline Type 57 is the new updated version of the Type 56 Series. The redesigned hand lever no longer has external metal parts. The Type 57 has a redesigned valve "top flange" and shaft, now conforming to ISO for standardized actuator mounting*.
