Extruder Rupture Disks are designed for reliable emergency relief of excess pressure since they instantaneously rupture at a specific predetermined pressure range. Cyronix's model CBP Extruder Rupture Disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders. Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel. |

Control Flow From Outside a Pipe - Ultrasonic Flow Switch
The Greyline DFS-II is designed for pump protection, valve control and flow/no-flow alarms. It is ideal for wastewater, slurries, caustics, acids and difficult liquids. The watertight NEMA4X switch enclosure includes a 5 amp DPDT control relay with adjustable ON and OFF set points, adjustable time delay, signal strength and relay status LED's and sensitivity adjustment. A sensor mounting kit is included with each switch. The DFS-II is surge protected, the 20 ft. sensor cable can be extended up to 500 ft. and intrinsic safety is optional. |

This sophisticated microprocessor control combines multiple inputs/output with a teach function. The teach function offers the user the ability to teach the control various parameters or set points. These parameters or set points can be saved in memory. LED indicators provide visual confirmation for power and fault condition and outputs. PURPOSE: To control multiple solenoid valves by teaching the control the voltage characteristics of each solenoids being controlled. |

The Model AL102-2-2R is an indoor alarm that must be mounted in a non-hazardous area. It accepts two switch contact inputs. The high and low level alarm inputs are from a float switch. A green LED indicates that the power is on. An audible alarm signal occurs when either external contact is closed. A red LED provides the visual alarm indication for each input contact. Each input contact has a corresponding toggle switch that is turned off to mute the buzzer. The red light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected. The toggle switch must be switched back on in order for the buzzer to sound the next alarm for that input. A relay contact output is available for each input contact. |

The Smar Digital Temperature Transmitter TT421 is the cost effective solution for temperature measurement and control dedicated for head mounting. The Smar Digital Temperature Transmitter TT421 is a powerful and extremely versatile programmable temperature transmitter, which can be used with practically all relevant temperature sensors as well as with load cells, resistance position indicators, etc. A same unit can be used for different measuring ranges and many types of sensors reducing drastically calibration and maintenance time. Complete configuration is possible using PC software interface (CONF401) or via Hand-Held (HPC301). |

Intrinsically Safe Relay
When output "B" is completed (contact closed or low resistance), 1 second later LED "B" turns On and the dry output contact is unlatched and de-energized. For pump up applications use normally closed input devices and switch the position of "A" and "B."This device must be located and grounded in a non-hazardous location. |
