Current Transducers

Solid Core Current Transducers with 0-5V output. Sentry 100 Series convert a monitored AC current to a proportional DC voltage of 0 to 5 Volts.

Sentry 100 Series are used to monitor motors, pumps, conveyors, machine tools and any electrical load where an analogue representation is required over a range of currents. Current Transducer Solid Core Sentry 100 Series models are CSA approved and UL listed. Sentry 100 Series comprises a current transformer, range selector, rectifier-filter, and scaling circuit. Each sensor has three basic user selectable ranges. The 0-5 VDC output is available on two 6-32 screw terminals.

Lutz Pumps

Transferring liquids presents many challenges to personal safety and the environment. At Lutz we believe you will be able to find the optimum solution among the range of products which we have developed specifically to overcome the hazards presented by the pumping corrosive, flammable and toxic liquids. What is important is that the final solution is safe, effective and long lasting.

The wide variety of application, liquids and container dimensions has determined the spread of the Lutz range now extending to Tank pumps, Air operated double diaphragm pumps and Magnetic drive pumps as well as a complete range of flow meters.

Drum pump components as modules which can be used, combined and varied as required. As the first manufacturer, Lutz has consistently based on the rationalisation of the application versatility in its drum pump, and thus has opened up new dimensions of economical employment of drum pumps.

CGM Sealless ANSI Centrifugals Feature Magnetic Drive

Vanton magnetically driven ANSI pumps are ideal for handling corrosive, and hazardous fluids. They are constructed with a dual nonmetallic containment can assembly: PTFE for the inner can in contact with the process liquid, backed by a rugged FRP outer can. This innovative design minimizes troublesome eddy currents.  The pump conforms to Hydraulic Institute Standards and offers an air cooled, dry running, tertiary seal. Flows to 450 gpm (102 m3/hr), heads to 280 feet (85 m).

VortexAC Cabinet Coolers For Electrical Enclosures

Avoid any downtime, with the most affordable, reliable, and easiest to install thermal protection product available for electrical enclosures!

Just as quiet as an air conditioner (about 62 dBA), the Vortex A/C noise level is 93% less than other conventional, vortex type cabinet coolers. When the thermo-statically-controlled Vortex A/C is operating, the decibel level is about the same as normal human conversation!

This next generation, Vortex Cooler features an integral mechanical thermostat to conserve energy and maintain enclosure temperatures within a range of 80° to 90°F. Requiring only a compressed air supply to operate, the UL listed Vortex A/C quickly installs in a 1.5” knockout hole to keep electrical control panels cool, clean and protected.

Plastic Diaphragm Seals (Gauge Isolators)

The new Chemline SG Series Gauge Isolators are of all-plastic construction available in PVC, Polypropylene and PVDF. The bonnet is of glass reinforced PP for high strength. The diaphragm is dished shaped Teflon bonded to Hypalon offering high chemical resistance and sensitivity. 1/4" and 1/2" gauge connections are available for gauges or any other pressure instrument.

An SS reinforcing band on the media port prevents splitting. These isolators allow inexpensive gauges to be used in corrosive services. Chemline offers them alone or filled complete with gauge.
