The EW Series is the flagship of the E-Class with capacities up to 6.7 GPH (25.4 l/h) and a maximum pressure of 150 PSI (10 bar). Compact, powerful and packed with a variety of innovative design features the EW can enhance any feed application.

The rugged Polyphenylene Oxide (PPO) enclosure is equipped with a durable clear cover to protect the membrane switches and stroke control of the pump, which are mounted opposite the liquid end. The pressure is measured at the high side of the transmitter and the low side is at zero absolute reference due to a sealed chamber with vacuum applied.
Gage Pressure - LD300M Series
The pressure is measured at the high side of the transmitter and the low side is open to the atmosphere, providing true local atmospheric reference.
Level - LD300L Series
The transmitter has a flange mounted unit with a flush diaphragm for direct installation on vessels. Extended diaphragms are also available.

"Minitwist" - MTFC - Automatic Self-Cleaning Filtration System

“Minitwist” Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M3/H). It removes dirt as fine as 20 micron, and uses a very small amount of water during cleaning process. In filtration mode, flow is from bottomof filter to inside of screen, and out. During cleaning mode, rotating nozzles collect dirt removed from screen by reverse flow, and sends it out through top of filter. Backwash process takes only 5 seconds.

Plastic Butterfly Valves

The Chemline Type 57 is the new updated version of the Type 56 Series. The redesigned hand lever no longer has external metal parts. The Type 57 has a redesigned valve "top flange" and shaft, now conforming to ISO for standardized actuator mounting*. Eagle Controls Temperature Panel Meter

A competitively priced, fully programmable Temperature panel meter suitable for Thermocouple and PT100 (RTD) inputs. It features a fully scaleable 4 digit bi-colour LED display across the range -999 to + 9999. 4 alarm output options are fitted as standard where the display changes colour in the alarm condition if programmed to do so. Analogue output via an external isolator is an option (consult sales office) and serial communications RS-485 input and output is fitted as standard.

4 alarm outputs are available via N/O 3A relays. The alarms are fully scaleable and independent of one another and may be set for HI or LO trip. The alarms can be programmed to energise or de-energise in the alarm state, open / close or latch, and have independent variable hysteresis, time delay trip response adjustable 0-250 seconds. In the alarm state the display will change colour if programmed to do so.

Ktech Industrial Products Inc., Pump Controllers are installed to automatically operate a pump to control the level of a liquid in a tank. Pump Controllers are used in conjunction with Ktech Multi-Level Float Switches. Use two contacts to start and stop the pump. A relay circuit switches power to the fractional horsepower pump motor or to the three-phase contactor of a large pump motor. Similarly, the switch contacts can be used to operate solenoid valves.

Use additional contacts to indicate an alarm condition. These alarms provide an audible and visual signal. The audible signal can be muted after which the warning light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected.
