York Fluid Controls, one of Canada's leading liquid handling equipment specialists, is pleased to release their new Sine® (a Sundyne Corp. Division Partner) rectangular flanged inlet sanitary pumps.
Sine® rectangular flanged sanitary positive displacement pumps are designed to handle heavy, sticky, highly-viscous products such as ground meats, fine emulsions, thick, non-flowable base fluids and resins, chemicals, and other sectioned whole muscle mixtures. Patented single rotor design provides low shear and low pulsation, resulting in less smear while maintaining smooth and consistent flow for improved finished products. Available large rectangular flange inlets and powerful suction capability eliminates inlet bridging and cavitation problems associated with viscous emulsions and ground meats. Applications include hot dog emulsions cosmetics, personal care products, heavy chemicals, sausages, minced beef, meat fillings, comminuted turkey and chili. Offering three sizes, MR Series rectangular flange pumps operate to 270 GPM, and are 3A/USDA accepted.
