The model 1575e can be used for either boiler conductivity or condensate conductivity control. The model 267 is a basic condensate conductivity controller.
The model 1520e is our condensate pH controller. The model 2250 is a singel boiler conductivity controller and the model 2255 is a multiple boiler conductivity controller.

2000 SERIES OPTIONS
The Lakewood Instruments 2000 Series controllers have many options available to add many different inputs and outputs to the controller. All of these options can be added in the field. There are options for 4-20 mA outputs (35L), Remodte Communications via RS232 (RS2L), Communications via a LonWorks network (2KIN-VI), Conductivity Inputs (NCON), pH/ORP inputs (NpH), Digital Inputs (NDIG), 4-20 mA Inputs (N420I), Relay Outputs (NRLY), Modems and a +24VDC power supply (PS).

The Model 267 is a conductivity monitor and controller designed for use in condensate systems or process water applications where the conductivity range is less than 100 µS. The standard range is 0-100µS. Custom ranges are available in 0-25µS and 0-50µS. The conductivity sensor comes with a ¾” MNPT compression fitting and will operate at 392°F and 70 psi.

LRWS
Lakewood Remote Windows Software (LRWS) is a Windows-based program that accesses all the features of Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controllers remotely. Communication is direct-connect via RS-232 or remotely over phone lines with a modem. Lakewood Remote allows access to multiple controllers, phone numbers, and passwords.

Magdos LC
The MAGDOS LC line of solenoid driven metering pumps is the inexpensive alternative for simple, continuous metering tasks. The MAGDOS LC is particularly suited to the water treatment and process industry. The metering pump is equipped with a solenoid drive that operates with 120 strokes per minute at a fixed pace. Tubing connections are integrated into the check valves. The metering pump is available in two performance ranges, 12 GPD and 24 GPD. The capacity is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 100% via stroke length.

Magdos LT
The MAGDOS LT line of solenoid driven metering pumps combines state-of-the-art micro-processor technology with the durability of high quality mechanics. Chemical resistant materials make the pump suitable for many water treatment and process applications. A micro-processor based control unit allows for flexible adaptation to changing pressure environments, allowing the pump to operate in a continually optimum power range. By optimizing the power consumption, excess heat generated by the solenoid is reduced, letting the pump operate economically and reliably.

NRLY
The Relay Node (NRLY) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The NRLY is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add four additional relay outputs.

VALVES
Lakewood Instruments offers valves for cooling tower and boiler applications. The model 9500 Series are solenoid operated bleed-off valves for cooling tower applications. The MBV1 and MBV-2 are 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch motorized ball valves. The model GV is a high pressure steel globe valve.
