Custom Control Panels, Temperature Control Panels
For a wide variety of applications, manufactured by Heaters Controls And Sensors custom control panels, temperature control panels that are needed to operate in 60ºC environments, to laboratory controllers that are to maintain temperatures within +/- 0.01ºC. These custom control panels, temperature control panels could be made to withstand washdowns with corrosive chemicals with all components on the panel conforming to IP 65 and NEMA 4X. Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters
Our Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters are constructed using the same technique we use in the industrial sensors we supply to power plants and heavy industries. The RTD or thermocouple is embedded in magnesium oxide, packed and sealed within a stainless steel sheath. Because the sensor is so well protected from shock in this construction, long life is ensured, even under the most severe conditions. We incorporate a flange in our standard design in order to make mounting easy. The terminal box containing the transmitter electronics is mounted on a stand-off to minimize heat transfer from the flue gas to the electronics.

SUMP-GARD Vertical Centrifugal Pumps
Every wetted component in a Vanton SUMP-GARD® vertical pump, including the heavy-wall shaft sleeve, is offered in PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, and other non-metallic materials compatible with the pumped fluid.  This eliminates corrosion and minimizes abrasion, resulting in lower maintenance, longer pump life, and contamination-free products. SG pumps are configured for sumps to 50 ft. (15 m) deep, and handle flows to 1450 gpm (330 m3/hr), heads to 245 ft. (85 m), and temperatures to 275°F (135°C).

SUMP-GARD pumps are ideal for the transfer and treatment of process fluids, plant effluents and industrial or municipal water and waste streams. They are available with vortex pump heads to pass sludges, slurries and stringy materials as well as fluids with solids to 3 inches (75 mm) in diameter.

"Minitwist" Automatic Self Cleaning Filtration System
“Minitwist” Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M3/H). It removes dirt as fine as 20 micron, and uses a very small amount of water during cleaning process. In filtration mode, flow is from bottomof filter to inside of screen, and out. During cleaning mode, rotating nozzles collect dirt removed from screen by reverse flow, and sends it out through top of filter. Backwash process takes only 5 seconds.

Quality Ultrasonic Leak Detector
This device can be used to locate costly leaks in your compressed air system. Eliminating compressed air leaks can recover a tremendous amount of energy that can be used to operate all types of nozzles, amplifiers and vortex tubes with no added cost! Air savings means free energy. An Ultrasonic Leak Detector (UDC) is typically a hand-held device that is used to locate leaks by aiming it in the direction of a suspected source of an air leak. When a leak is present, then an audible tone can be heard via the use of appropriate head-phones. The proper head phone is very important as well as sensitivity in order to distinguish air leaks from other phenomena which can be miss-interpreted, and even made worse by potential false displays form and LED or other type of display.

Ultrasonic Flow Measurement Granucor
A complete Granucor system is composed of two independent sensors and a correlator/ integrator. The DK13 Velocity Sensor and the DC13 Concentration Sensor operate using capacitance technology and are designed for direct installation into process piping. The concentration sensor measures the change in capacitance with material present versus the capacitance of an empty pipe. This change in capacitance is proportional to the material concentration. The velocity sensor uses two measuring points and a technique known as cross-correlation to measure the time it takes for the material to travel between the points. The two-capacitance measurements are output to the MT2109 correlator/integrator, which calculates the mass flow rate.
