Limit Controllers - FM Approved
These FM approved Limit Controllers will shut down the process by disconnecting power from the process if the controller reads a value above setvalue for a Hi Limit Controller or below set point if configured as a low limit control.

These Limit Controllers will remain in this state until the temperature has dropped below the set value and the reset button has been pressed. The control also has a timer to indicate the total time the setpoint is exceeded
i.e. (duration of over temperature) it also has a register that will indicate the maximum temperature reached. Field programmable Low / High Process alarms and deviation alarms or band alarms are an option.

This allows it to properly handle many applications at a fraction of the cost of exotic alloys. The Advance 3000 has multiple drain locations, allowing for several discharge orientations.

The Advance 3000 is a close coupled, unit end suction centrifugal pump line which is molded in Noryl. It's high efficiency design makes it suitable for medium flows (to-60 GPM) and higher heads (up to 160' TDH).

Data Logger Doric Digitrend 245
Digitrend 245A collects up to 500 analog input measurements, then conditions the signals in the mainframe. The results are displayed on a crisp, clear digital readout and expressed in engineering units such as temperature, pressure, flow, level and pH. Further, the system can monitor as many as 96 digital inputs, grouped to form BCD data or received individually from limit or valve-position switches for status or event sequence monitoring.

In addition to on-demand (manual) logging, the system can be set up to perform a number of simultaneous automatic features.
