Drum
Heaters
Drum Heaters are a used to
control temperatures on a variety of pails or drums where maintaining
viscosity and keeping the contents fluid are important. Drum
Heaters provide uniform heat and prevent scorching or degradation of
sensitive materials.
Drum Heaters also provide freeze protection and are available with fixed
or adjustable thermostats for various applications. Common voltages
and sizes are available from stock but custom designs can be manufactured
to suit your application.

Digital
Temperature Transmitter
Digital
temperature transmitter, this is the one you need to stock for all your
maintenance needs. It can be programmed using your PC and the available
software for any one of 7 RTD or 13 thermocouple types or customize
the calibration to fit none standard transmitter outputs. The output
signal can be inverted and can be programmed to be linear with temperature
or linear with resistance or mV input.
Digital
temperature transmitter features include a 7mm central hole for easy
spring loading of 1/4" tube, insulating barriers between terminals
to prevent shorts and a captive cover on programming pins to keep them
clean.

SensoRAD™
Wireless Transmitters

900 MHz/2.4 GHz Wireless Transmitters
Eliminate Expensive
Wiring
& High Cost Installation
Whether you need to run
signals a few hundred feet or 20 miles the SensoRAD™ Wireless
Transmitters are Simple to Use, Cost Effective, and Very Reliable. Simply
connect up to two 4-20mA signals or RTD or Strain Gauge and four contact
closures and begin receiving the exact signals up to 20 miles away.
These small DIN Rail mounted devices operate on license free ISM 900
MHz or 2.4 GHz frequency bands using frequency hopping spread spectrum
technology. Plug-in preamplifiers are available for dual 4-20 mADC,
RTD's or Strain Gauges. The strain gauge preamp includes a precision
10 VDC excitation supply for up to 4 strain gauges.

CHEM-GARD
Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
Vanton magnetically driven
ANSI pumps are ideal for handling corrosive, and hazardous fluids. They
are constructed with a dual nonmetallic containment can assembly: PTFE
for the inner can in contact with the process liquid, backed by a rugged
FRP outer can. This innovative design minimizes troublesome eddy currents.
The pump conforms to Hydraulic Institute Standards and offers an air
cooled, dry running, tertiary seal. Flows to 450 gpm (102 m3/hr),
heads to 280 feet (85 m).

Altitude
Control Valve
The Model 780 Altitude Control Valve, One Way Flow is an automatic control
valve designed to control the high water level in reservoirs and tanks
without the need for external control devices such as floats, etc. It
is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated globe
valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern design. Valve differential
pressure powers the diaphragm actuator open or closed.
The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the
downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve.
The upper control chamber, which operates on a three-way control principle,
has pressure applied from or pressure vented through the three-way altitude
pilot.

ACCUDRAW
- 4,000 ml Laboratory Graduated Polypropylene Cylinder
Primary Fluid Systems Inc, is pleased to introduce the NEW Accudraw
4,000ml Laboratory Graduated Polypropylene Calibration Cylinder.
The
cylinder features easy-to-read blue printed graduations and is made
of superior high clarity Polypropylene (PP) material. Clear solutions
show virtually no meniscus, large, non-drip pouring spout and removable
base for easy storage and washing. The cylinder is shatter resistant
to minimize breakage and any potential for injuryand has exceptional
resistance to tipping.
Chemically
resistant to most acids, bases and many commonly used solvents. High
temperature resistance, suitable for clinical lab environments where
frequent sterilization is required. Meets all requirements of CFR 21
(FDA), section 177.1520 and meets strict international criteria: ISO
6706 standard.

NEW - DFM 5.0 Doppler Flow Meter
Measure flow from outside a pipe. The Greyline DFM 5.0 is designed for
"difficult liquids" that would damage regular flow meters
- wastewater, slurries, sludge, chemicals, viscous liquids and abrasives.
There is no obstruction to flow and no pressure drop. The standard,
strap-on ultrasonic sensor fits any pipe 1/2" (12.5 mm) Inside
Diameter or larger. The electronics/display enclosure can be mounted
nearby.
Use the isolated 4-20mA to transmit flow
to remote displays, recorders or controllers. The 2 programmable relays
(optional 4 total) can be used for flow control, pump protection or
flow proportionate pulse. Calibration is easy with the built-in 5-key
calibrator. Display and totalize flow in your choice of engineering
units (gallons, liters etc.)

Melt
Pressure Gauges
Melt Pressure Gauges from ONEhalf20 are totally mechanical devices
that offer ease of installation and maintenance. These melt pressure
gauges are ideally suited to processors who require only visual indication
of melt pressure.
Melt Pressure Gauges from ONEhalf20 are available in two unique
styles. The CTG style features a 6" rigid stem and 30" of
flex capillary. The RTG style has only a 6" rigid stem. Other configurations
of these two styles are also available.

Extruder
Rupture Disks
Extruder Rupture Disks are designed for reliable emergency relief of
excess pressure since they instantaneously rupture at a specific predetermined
pressure range.
Skylark Controls model CBP Extruder
Rupture Disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders.
Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A
rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where
pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief
valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel.

Strain
Indicator and Recorder
The Model P3 Strain Indicator and
Recorder is a portable, battery-operated instrument capable of simultaneously
accepting four inputs from quarter-, half-, and full-bridge strain-gauge
circuits, including strain-gauge-based transducers. Water- resistant
grommets in the hinged cover allow the lid to be closed with leadwires
attached. Designed for use in a wide variety of physical test and measurement
applications, the P3 functions as bridge amplifier, static strain indicator,
and digital data logger.
Data, recorded at a user-selectable
rate of up to 1 reading per channel per second, is stored on a removable
multimedia card and is transferred by USB to a host computer for subsequent
storage, reduction and presentation with third-party software.
