LevelSonic Ultrasonic Level Sensors
The small, compact LevelSonic Ultrasonic Level Sensors offer non-contact measurement of liquids and solid levels. The transmitter is two-wire loop-powered and uses a simple magnetic key to set up the level range to be measured, as well as selecting the response rate and default currents. On-board AND visible operating and fault indication keeps you informed of the operational and fault status at the transmitter.

The SONIC^TM is a cost effective, ultrasonic level transmitter for measuring and monitoring liquid levels in open and closed tanks. Its small size makes it supercompact, combining sensor and electronics in one housing. The nose section is manufactured from Teflon. This Dupont material is resistant to most chemicals, and includes an on-board, temperature sensing element to ensure correct level measurement at all temperatures. The electronics housing is manufactured from UPVC.

Programmable Temperature Relay
The ETTR is a programmable temperature relay with the ability to act as an ON/OFF temperature controller. The device is capable of fully stand alone operation, but may be monitored and programmed with the custom software and a serial RS232 interface.

The Programmable Temperature Relay ETTR may be programmed in two control modes: (a) temperature range mode in which it will turn ON the output relay between two defined temperatures and (b) set point mode in which it will turn ON below a defined temperature and OFF above a defined temperature. The span between the temperatures may be adjusted to customize the hysteresis. The Programmable Temperature Relay ETTR may also be placed in a manual mode of operation in which the relay is controlled via the GUI software.

Altitude Control Valve
The Model 780 Altitude Control Valve, One Way Flow is an automatic control valve designed to control the high water level in reservoirs and tanks without the need for external control devices such as floats, etc. It is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated globe valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern design. Valve differential pressure powers the diaphragm actuator open or closed.

The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve. The upper control chamber, which operates on a three-way control principle, has pressure applied from or pressure vented through the three-way altitude pilot.

Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeters
EX80-Series insertion electromagnetic flowmeters are designed for use with conductive liquids in 1-10” pipe. They are highly suitable for difficult applications with changing viscosities and pulsating flows such as air-driven diaphragm pumps. With no moving parts, these meters can be used in “dirty” applications where debris would foul a mechanical meter. A choice of materials (stainless steel, brass, and PVC) allows the meter to adapt to a range of temperature, pressure, and corrosive environments.

Designed for modularity and versatility, the EX80-Series has a current-sinking pulse output that can be combined with the appropriate transmitter or indicator for the application. For analog output and display of rate and total, an FT420 can be used. For analog only, the AO55 can be mounted directly onto the meter. The PD10 can be used to divide the pulse for pacing chemical metering pumps. The DL75 (data logger) and FT520 (batching flow processor) are also compatible. If the EX80-Series meter is being used with a programmable controller, the output signal can be fed direct, with no other conditioning required.

Pump Station Level Controller
The PSL Pump Station Level Controller works from the top of a wet well with a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor. It includes an isolated 4-20mA output and 6 relays for pump control, pump alternation and level alarms. The PSL is designed for sewage lift stations, wet wells and storage tanks. A pump run time logging and reporting system is built-in.

PC software PSL Remote is included. Operators can calibrate through the PSL’s built-in keypad, or enter settings on their PC and download to the PSL directly through its RS232 interface or through modems.

Chemline Paddle Wheel Flow Sensors
The Type F3.00/F3.01 Paddle Wheel Flow Sensors are the core items in the Digiflow® FlowX3 line. A square wave output signal is generated with frequency proportional to rate of rotor rotation and flow velocity. This pulse output is normally fed to a FlowX3 flow monitor/transmitter, blind transmitter, batch controller or adjustable flow switch. It can also be fed to other brand instruments or PLC’s.

Two types of sensors are available, Hall Effect which requires a 5 to 24 VDC power supply and Coil Effect which operates with less power, 3 to 5 VDC. Coil is required with the battery powered flow monitor. Hall Effect signals may be transmitted up to 300 meters (984 ft.) without the need for conditioning whereas Coil Effect signals may be transmitted up to 16 m (52.5 ft.) without conditioning.
