Pump Controllers
Pump Controllers
are installed to automatically operate a pump to control the level of
a liquid in a tank. They are used in conjunction with Ktech Multi-Level
Float Switches. Use two contacts to start and stop the pump. A relay
circuit switches power to the fractional horsepower pump motor or to
the three-phase contactor of a large pump motor.
Similarly, the switch contacts can be used to operate solenoid valves.
Use additional contacts to indicate an alarm condition. These alarms
provide an audible and visual signal. The audible signal can be muted
after which the warning light remains on until the alarm condition is
corrected.

remove unwanted floating "tramp" oils.
They are small, run very
quietly, and use a very dependable permanent magnet motor! Standard

The PSL Pump Station
Level Controller works from the top of a wet well with a non-contacting
ultrasonic sensor. It includes an isolated 4-20mA output and 6 relays
for pump control, pump alternation and level alarms. The PSL is designed
for sewage lift stations, wet wells and storage tanks. A pump run time
logging and reporting system is built-in.
PC software PSL Remote
is included. Operators can calibrate through the PSL’s built-in
keypad, or enter settings on their PC and download to the PSL directly
through its RS232 interface or through modems.
