Drum Heaters
are a used to control temperatures on a variety of pails or drums where
maintaining viscosity and keeping the contents fluid are important.
Drum Heaters provide uniform heat and prevent scorching or degradation
of sensitive materials.
Drum Heaters also provide freeze protection and are available with fixed
or adjustable thermostats for various applications. Common voltages
and sizes are available from stock but custom designs can be manufactured

Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters
Our Flue Gas Temperature
Transmitters are constructed using the same technique we use in the
industrial sensors we supply to power plants and heavy industries. The
RTD or thermocouple is embedded in magnesium oxide, packed and sealed
within a stainless steel sheath.
Because the sensor is so well protected from shock in this construction,
long life is ensured, even under the most severe conditions. We incorporate
a flange in our standard design in order to make mounting easy. The
terminal box containing the transmitter electronics is mounted on a
stand-off to minimize heat transfer from the flue gas to the electronics.

Sonic-Pro Ultra-Sonic Flow Meter
With
over two years in development time, Blue-White releases the future in
flow measurement. The Sonic-Pro Hybrid Ultrasonic Flowmeters are now
shipped in a specially designed case. The case measures 19” (49
cm) wide, 8” (21 cm) high, and 14” (36 cm) deep. The approximate
weight, including the flowmeter is 22 lb. (9.97 kg). The Sonic-Pro S3
package includes: Hard sided case; the Ultrasonic Flowmeter; a CD with
instructional manuals in English, Spanish, French and German; all necessary
transducer and enclosure mounting hardware; two sets of transducer acoustic
mounting gaskets, one for temporary installations and one for permanent
installations. The Sonic-Pro S1 and S2 units ship with all of the above
except the multi language CD.

Minitwist Automatic Self Cleaning Filtration System
“Minitwist”
Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for
flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M3/H). It removes dirt as fine
as 20 micron, and uses a very small amount of water during cleaning
process. In filtration mode, flow is from bottom of filter to inside
of screen, and out. During cleaning mode, rotating nozzles collect dirt
removed from screen by reverse flow, and sends it out through top of
filter. Backwash process takes only 5 seconds.
