FuzyPro Explosion Proof Temperature Transmitter
The FUZYPRO
8080TR is a Digital, PC programmable, galvanicaly isolated 2-wire smart
transmitter. The unit converts 13 types of thermocouple sensors; 12
types of RTD sensors, configured as 2, 3 and 4 wires; potentiometer,
resistor and millivolt inputs into process current loop. A 24 bit A/D
converter is the heart of this outstanding performance.
The FUZYPRO 8080TR Universal input Smart transmitters are designed for
use in process industries where vibration, inclement weather and corrosive
atmospheres prevail. The electronics are enclosed in a copper-free epoxy
coated Aluminum housing and for more aggressive environments, a SS316
housing is optionally available. The housings meet the requirements
of NEMA 4X & IP68, and are also certified Explosion Proof by FM/CSA/ATEX/IECEx.

Personal Cooling/Heating System
Personal Air Conditioners
were created to keep workers wearing protective clothing comfortable
in extremely hot or cold working conditions. The Vortex Tube powered
personal air conditioners use compressed air at 70-100 PSIG to produce
cold or warm air to heat or cool a worker in protective suite. Temperature
range from 60 F cooler or hotter than the inlet can be achieved.
Applications:
Unlike "ice pack" type vests, the Personal Air Conditioners
(PACs) offers consistent and continuous cooling to minimize heat stress
and increase worker productivity in hot surroundings. The vest allows
full range of motion with no airflow restrictions and can be worn under
welding leathers or protective clothing. The vortex tube unit, worn
on a supplied belt, cools or heats inlet temperature by ±60°F.

Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeters
The EX80-Series insertion
electromagnetic flowmeters are designed for use with conductive liquids
in 1-10” pipe. They are highly suitable for difficult applications
with changing viscosities and pulsating flows such as air-driven diaphragm
pumps. With no moving parts, these meters can be used in “dirty”
applications where debris would foul a mechanical meter. A choice of
materials (stainless steel, brass, and PVC) allows the meter to adapt
to a range of temperature, pressure, and corrosive environments.
Designed for modularity and versatility, the EX80-Series has a current-sinking
pulse output that can be combined with the appropriate transmitter or
indicator for the application. For analog output and display of rate
and total, an FT420 can be used. For analog only, the AO55 can be mounted
directly onto the meter. The PD10 can be used to divide the pulse for
pacing chemical metering pumps. The DL75 (data logger) and FT520 (batching
flow processor) are also compatible. If the EX80-Series meter is being
used with a programmable controller, the output signal can be fed direct,
with no other conditioning required.

“Minitwist”
Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for
flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M3/H). It removes dirt as fine
as 20 micron, and uses a very small amount of water during cleaning
process. In filtration mode, flow is from bottom of filter to inside
of screen, and out. During cleaning mode, rotating nozzles collect dirt
removed from screen by reverse flow, and sends it out through top of
filter. Backwash process takes only 5 seconds.
