Limit Controllers - FM Approved

These FM approved Limit Controllers will shut down the process by disconnecting power from the process if the controller reads a value above setvalue for a Hi Limit Controller or below set point if configured as a low limit control.

These Limit Controllers will remain in this state until the temperature has dropped below the set value and the reset button has been pressed. The control also has a timer to indicate the total time the setpoint is exceeded
i.e. (duration of over temperature) it also has a register that will indicate the maximum temperature reached. Field programmable Low / High Process alarms and deviation alarms or band alarms are an option.

 
Industrial Temperature Sensors

This is the all purpose model of our industrial temperature sensors line for general heavy duty industrial or commercial temperature measurement. It features a large threaded cast aluminum head with gasket. Electrical connections are made through the 3/4" NPT female opening suitable for piping or standard electrical fittings.

The standard process connector is 1/2", although 3/4" NPT is available if specified at order time. The standard sheath is 1/4" O.D. stainless steel and other sizes are available to special order. The sheath length must be specified at order time.

Sonic-Pro Ultra-Sonic Flow Meter

With over two years in development time, Blue-White releases the future in flow measurement. The Sonic-Pro Hybrid Ultrasonic Flowmeters are now shipped in a specially designed case. The case measures 19” (49 cm) wide, 8” (21 cm) high, and 14” (36 cm) deep. The approximate weight, including the flowmeter is 22 lb. (9.97 kg). The Sonic-Pro S3 package includes: Hard sided case; the Ultrasonic Flowmeter; a CD with instructional manuals in English, Spanish, French and German; all necessary transducer and enclosure mounting hardware; two sets of transducer acoustic mounting gaskets, one for temporary installations and one for permanent installations. The Sonic-Pro S1 and S2 units ship with all of the above except the multi language CD.

 
Minitwist Automatic Self Cleaning Filtration System

“Minitwist” Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M³/H). It removes dirt as fine as 20 micron, and uses a very small amount of water during cleaning process. In filtration mode, flow is from bottom of filter to inside of screen, and out. During cleaning mode, rotating nozzles collect dirt removed from screen by reverse flow, and sends it out through top of filter. Backwash process takes only 5 seconds.

Vanton Pumps

Vanton magnetically driven ANSI pumps are ideal for handling corrosive, and hazardous fluids. They are constructed with a dual nonmetallic containment can assembly: PTFE for the inner can in contact with the process liquid, backed by a rugged FRP outer can. Portable Doppler Flow Meter Works From Outside A Pipe

Mount the ultrasonic sensor on the outside of metal or plastic pipes and the new PDFM 5.0 Portable Doppler Flow Meter shows flow rate instantly. Designed for wastewater, sludge, slurries, chemicals and abrasives. Use it for flow troubleshooting, spot checks or balancing flow.

Chemline Paddle Wheel Flow Sensors

The Type F3.00/F3.01 Paddle Wheel Flow Sensors are the core items in the Digiflow® FlowX3 line. A square wave output signal is generated with frequency proportional to rate of rotor rotation and flow velocity. This pulse output is normally fed to a FlowX3 flow monitor/transmitter, blind transmitter, batch controller or adjustable flow switch. It can also be fed to other brand instruments or PLC’s.

Two types of sensors are available, Hall Effect which requires a 5 to 24 VDC power supply and Coil Effect which operates with less power, 3 to 5 VDC. Coil is required with the battery powered flow monitor. Hall Effect signals may be transmitted up to 300 meters (984 ft.) without the need for conditioning whereas Coil Effect signals may be transmitted up to 16 m (52.5 ft.) without conditioning.

 
Pump Controllers

Pump Controllers are installed to automatically operate a pump to control the level of a liquid in a tank. They are used in conjunction with Ktech Multi-Level Float Switches. Use two contacts to start and stop the pump. A relay circuit switches power to the fractional horsepower pump motor or to the three-phase contactor of a large pump motor.

Similarly, the switch contacts can be used to operate solenoid valves. Use additional contacts to indicate an alarm condition. These alarms provide an audible and visual signal. The audible signal can be muted after which the warning light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected.
