Very
low cost air blow-off guns are available from innumerable suppliers
but do not necessarily provide the safety, efficiency nor comfort
necessary in major production operations.
Nex FlowTM offers two ranges of air blow off guns. First is our
Easy Grip Safety Gun and the second is our Hand Comfort Button
Gun. Both ranges incorporate our air amplifying air nozzles and
jets and even our smaller air knives for easy to use hand operated
blow off applications.

end pressure can easily recover the extra cost in purchasing the
more comfortable and more ergonomic Nex FlowTM design in under
year depending on the extent of their use.
The
Easy Grip Safety Gun is a versatile unit that can use any of the
Nex FlowTM nozzles or jets and even a 2” or 3” air knife
The unit is ergonometric designed and comfortable to use with
a quality trigger and handle. You can also use “extensions
of 6” to 36” before adding the nozzles to be able to
reach hard to get at areas, or inside machines for cleaning or
blow off with safety and flexibility.

The
Hand Comfort Button Gun is most popular for lighter applications.
It utilizes one of three different nozzles - the Nex FlowTM
Model 47003 standard nozzle for the lightest applications, the
high force Model 47010 nozzle as the most common one used, or
the Model 47004 adjustable nozzle where variability in force
is desired.
Many Air Gun Suppliers do not have very energy efficient nozzles
and some may not even be safe. All Nex Flow™ air guns utilize
energy efficient nozzles and meet OSHA guidelines for safety.
Any compressed air gun from Nex Flow™ is safe to use, low
in noise levels and energy efficient.
