Air Booster
and Air Pressure Amplifiers:
An Air Amplifier with gauged
marking is an Air Booster. They convert pressure to flow and
are “flow” amplifiers. They are NOT Air Pressure Amplifiers.
Dust Collection
System and Vent Smoke and Fumes:
Air amplifiers have been used
as a dust collection system and to vent smoke and fumes from
all types of equipment.
Dry Air Coolers:
Air amplifiers can be used as
dry air coolers by blowing amplified airflow onto tubes of hot
gas (normally air) to cool them.
Part Ejection
System and Chip Removal System and Part Drying System :
Air Jets and Air Nozzles are
excellent as a Part Ejection System, Chip Removal System and
as a Part Drying System when air knives or amplifiers are not
suitable.
