Gas Leak Detectors
Gas detector Peaker 3000 flex is a multi range gas detector, which is equipped with a selective gas sensor series GGS 3000 for methane (CH4), but is also suitable for the detection of propane gas (C3H8) und hydrogen (H2). The detection range is from a few ppm up to the “Lower Explosive Limit (LEL)”, which are stored for the different gases in the micro processor and can be called off. Leak detection for the different gases is carried out with a single sensor. Gas detector Peaker 3000 flex is not designed to be a measuring device. Peaker is a gas leak detector and should not be used a personal protection instrument!

Measure Flow in Open Pipes and Channels
Monitor flow through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes without a flume or weir. The AVFM-II Area-Velocity Flow Meter is designed for municipal wastewater, raw sewage, stormwater and irrigation water. The Greyline AVFM-II uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to continuously measure both Velocity and Level in the channel. The sensor is completely sealed with no moving parts. It is resistant to fouling and corrosion. The flowmeter includes flow rate display, totalizer, three 4-20mA outputs and two control relays. Intrinsically safe sensors and built-in data logger are optional.

NSF-61 Certified Butterfly Valves
Chemline's Type 57 all-plastic elastomer seated butterfly valve is now NSF-61 certified for application in potable water services. All-plastic construction offers perfect corrosion resistance at low cost. Standard materials are PVC body, PP disc and EPDM seat. Other materials are available if needed for higher working temperatures or chemical resistance. Sizes are 1-1/2" to 24". The valves feature bubble tight seating, low stem torques and long seat life due to the engineered spherical seat/disc design. Shaft torques are unaffected by flange bolt torques. The streamlined disc provides high Cv values and good flow control. The rugged lockable handlever has multiple teeth engagement for high strength against torque loads and fine flow adjustment. Operators are hand lever, gear operators, pneumatic or electric actuators. The new corrosion-free "PlasGear" manual gear operators are made of fiber glass. A choice of shaft extensions is available to extend operators to any height.
