New Ultrasonic Level & Flow Monitor

This new SLT 5.0 Level & Flow Monitor from Greyline Instruments features a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor and a simple 5-key calibration system. The SLT 5.0 can be used as a level transmitter for tank inventory monitoring, pump control for sewage lift stations, or as an open channel flow monitor with display and totalizer.

It includes a large backlit LCD display, isolated 4-20mA output, and two control relays for pump On/Off control, pump alternation, level alarms and/or flow proportionate pulse.

Whether you need to run signals a few hundred feet or 20 miles the SensoRAD^TM Wireless Transmitters are Simple to Use, Cost Effective, and Very Reliable. Simply connect up to two 4-20mA signals or RTD or Strain Gauge and four contact closures and begin receiving the exact signals up to 20 miles away. These small DIN Rail mounted devices operate on license free ISM 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz frequency bands using frequency hopping spread spectrum technology. Plug-in preamplifiers are available for dual 4-20 mADC, RTD's or Strain Gauges. The strain gauge preamp includes a precision 10 VDC excitation supply for up to 4 strain gauges.

Corporation Stops are available in 6 materials of construction. Wetted components have comparable or greater chemical resistance than quill construction material. Corporation Stops are available in standard and custom lengths. Connections are in NPT, Metric or flange.

 
Pneumatic Conveying System

Heavy Duty X-Stream^TM Ring-Vac^TM - Air Conveyors have virtually no moving parts, conveys air at high rates and long distances even greater than the standard units. In addition they are hard anodized to handle abrasive materials for longer life. Utilizing compressed air for a powerful, efficient venturi action along its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying over very large distances.

 
Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve Type 730

The Chemline Type 730 Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve features a plastic diaphragm actuator, either normally closed, normally open or double acting. This valve offers long cycling life, high pressure resistance and a size range 1/2" to 4". Being a diaphragm valve, it is available for sanitary or slurry applications. With a Teflon® diaphragm, it has corrosion resistance superior to ball or butterfly valves. This becomes an economical control valve when a positioner is added.

 
Pump Controllers

Ktech Industrial Products Inc., Pump Controllers are installed to automatically operate a pump to control the level of a liquid in a tank. Pump Controllers are used in conjunction with Ktech Multi-Level Float Switches. Use two contacts to start and stop the pump. A relay circuit switches power to the fractional horsepower pump motor or to the three-phase contactor of a large pump motor. Similarly, the switch contacts can be used to operate solenoid valves.
