ThermoVault140 Thermal Barrier System

The ThermoVault140 is an extreme high temperature data logging system, for use with a HiTemp140 data logger and stainless steel thermal barrier enclosure. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250 °C (482 °F) when completely submerged and 350 °C (662 °F) in dry heat applications (O-ring removed).

The ThermoVault140 is built for use in harsh applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging.

The ThermoVault140 is available in multiple probe sizes. The 5.25 inch probe is ideal for ambient temperature monitoring, while the 24 inch flexible probe can be easily adjusted to measure hard-to-reach locations, or even the internal temperature of a product.

MantaRay Portable Area-Velocity Flow Meter

The MantaRay Portable Area-Velocity Flow Meter measures flow in open channels, partially filled and surcharged pipes using an ultrasonic sensor. It's designed for monitoring stormwater, sewage, industrial effluent, irrigation water and natural streams. The MantaRay displays and datalogs flow rate and total flow and connects to samplers, SCADA and telemetry systems.

Calibration is simple: enter the pipe diameter or channel dimensions and the MantaRay automatically computes and displays the flow rate and total on its backlit LCD display. 
Mount the sensor at the bottom of the pipe or channel and hang the IP67 electronics case above the high water level.

Lutz-Jesco has therefore developed special solutions for each area of application. Our extensive range of products start from cost-effective, magnetically-operated diaphragm dosing pumps, through the "muscular" motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps, up to the piston dosing pumps for high pressure requirements. These are used for dosing fluids with highly varied viscosities, most of which are chemically aggressive and toxic, and some of which are actually abrasive or emit gases.

Diaphragm dosing pumps are leak-free, and are therefore suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the gear type, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 16 bar. Stepper motor-driven diaphragm pumps are particularly suitable for highly accurate, reproducible industrial dosing thanks to their design. Many fluid media can be safely fed into the respective processes using these pumps.

Air Knives Vs Flat Jets? Which Is Best?

Nex Flow™ offers solutions for blow off and cooling but it can be confusing as to which product is best to use. For blowing off or cooling relatively flat or curved surfaces the choice is typically between the Air Blade™ Air Knife or the Air Edger™ Flat Jet.

The X-Stream™ Air Blade™ air knives (pictured above) are the most efficient as to force/unit air consumption as compared to the standard versions and come in anodized aluminum, hard anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Sizes from 2” to 54”.

Our Air Edger™ Nozzle can be banked together on manifolds available from Nex Flow™ to produce an air knife effect over long lengths.

CS Corporation Stops

CS Corporation Stops have been designed to inject chemical into the center stream of the flow. Available in 7 materials of construction: brass, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 and Hastelloy.

Quill diameter sizes range from 1/4" (DN 8) to 2-1/2" (DN 65). They are available in the following sizes 1/2" (DN 15) to 3" (DN 75) with threated, socket or flanged connections.

Liquid Super Separator

Newly developed "Liquid Super Separator" is a new concept of a pneumatic mist remover without filter element. The "Element Free Pneumatic Water Separator" uses a special centrifugal technique with "radial multi-nozzles" that is world patent pending and makes it possible to reject liquid mist (water and oil) to 99.9%!

This pneumatic mist separator is virtually maintenance free, as there is no need to replace any filter element. A standard traditional filter with an element and automatic drain may be placed downstream to control micron size but the high liquid and mist removal of the separator will keep it clean and it may not require element replacement for an extended period of time. Maintains extremely low pressure drop.
