PTF06 Series Pressure Transmitters

PTF06 Series Pressure Transmitters are very accurate and reliable instruments, which convert pressure inputs to current or voltage signals. These transmitters are equipped with a damping element to direct away pressure peaks or liquid hammering from their sensors; hence showing a high level of resistance to mechanical shocks. The typical response time of the PTF06 transmitter is 1 ms, and will never exceed 5 ms, even when the damping element is functioning and the fluid viscosity is at its peak.

The industrial PTF106 Pressure Transmitter meets the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements of IEC61000-6-2 and IEC61000-6-3.

PSL 5.0 Hybrid Pump Station Level Controller

Ideal for sewage pump stations, lift stations, wet wells and tank level control with a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor mounted above the liquid. The new Greyline PSL 5.0 Level Controller has 6 independently programmable control relays for pump or valve control, level alarms, dialers, temperature alarm and echo-loss alarm.

Mount the non-contacting, ultrasonic sensor in the tank or wet well and install the watertight electronics in the control room or any location within 500 ft / 150 m. Use the simple menu system and built-in keypad to set up measurement range, relay set points and pump alternation sequence. A relay/pump run time report is updated and stored automatically for viewing on the PSL 5.0 backlit LCD display.

For hazardous locations, the ultrasonic sensor is rated Intrinsically Safe with an optional safety barrier. It is rated for measurement ranges up to 32 ft / 10 m, or use the optional PVC Sensor rated for 50 ft / 15.6 m measurement range.

Introducing The Nex Flow™ AM-125 Air Amplifier

The Nex Flow™ Model AM-125™- 8” outlet Air Amplifier moves a “lot of air”.
Equip with a standard .003” shim, it produces a flow at the exit 15 times the input of compressed air. Extra shims may be added for even more flow. With the standard gap, air consumption is 180 SCFM at 80 PSIG. At the outlet it will produce 15 times or more or 2700 SCFM. At six inches downstream with downstream entrainment you get three times more or 8100 SCFM!

Applications are mainly for cooling and venting in mines, paper mills, steel plants, casting operations, and other heavy industry environments. Made of sturdy cast aluminum the Nex Flow™ Model AM-125 will endure the most difficult of handling and environment. Specific areas are around furnaces for cooling of personnel, equipment, around areas where steam is produced to vent the mist, and other applications where a large amount of air volume has to be moved or where air cooling is required.

Split Core Current Sensors

Split Core Current Sensors Model SC225 is our easiest to install fixed setpoint current operated solid state status sensor for status indication.

The one unit is pre-set to switch at 1.5 amps and will switch either AC or DC loads. This flexible design eliminates installation problems. It is not possible to incorrectly set the trip point or install a DC unit when an AC load should be switched.

Midget Model 277 Pneumatic Indicator

The Midget Model 277 Pneumatic gauge provides an economical way to achieve reliable and accurate tank gauging in vented tanks.

Pneumatic gauges have been used for many years in tank gauging systems requiring remote indication with accuracy and stability over wide temperature ranges.

Kistler Model 7013C Quartz Pressure Sensor

The quartz pressure sensor Kistler Model 7013C is an industrial sensor for measuring cylinder pressures in internal combustion engines. Sensor and cable together form and oil- and splash-proof unit. Suitable for longtime measurements and arduous duties.

The use of polystable quartz elements assures security from twinning even under high mechanical stressing. As a result, the sensitivity remains largely constant between -50ºC and 350ºC.

Applications including measuring in combustion chambers under severe conditions of fouling, moisture, etc. Special design makes the sensor largely insensitive to combustion residues and therefore, suitable for arduous duties as well as longtime measurements. Can be fitted without adapter into an indicator hole. A Piezotron version is available as Type 7613C.
