Explosion Proof 2-Wire Temperature Transmitter - FuzyPro 8080TR

The FUZYPRO 8080TR is a Digital, PC programmable, galvanicaly isolated explosion proof universal input 2-wire smart temperature transmitter. The explosion proof universal input 2-wire smart temperature transmitter FuzyPro 8080TR converts 13 types of thermocouple sensors; 12 types of RTD sensors, configured as 2, 3 and 4 wires; potentiometer, resistor and millivolt inputs into process current loop. A 24 bit A/D converter is the heart of this outstanding performance.

The FUZYPRO 8080TR Universal input Smart transmitters are designed for use in process industries where vibration, inclement weather and corrosive atmospheres prevail. The electronics are enclosed in a copper-free epoxy coated Aluminum housing and for more aggressive environments, a SS316 housing is optionally available. The housings meet the requirements of NEMA 4X & IP68, and are also certified Explosion Proof by FM/CSA/ATEX/IECEx.

NEW ISM 5.0 Insertion Magmeter

The ISM 5.0 accurately measures flow of conductive liquids in full pipes. It installs through a tap in the pipe wall and works on a wide range of pipe sizes. The dual-electrode sensor and continuous auto-zero function provides high accuracy - even at low flow rates. ISM 5.0 features include:

  • electromagnetic with no moving parts
  • simplified hot tap insertion design
  • installs in 3-72" (80-1800 mm) diameter pipes
  • selectable 4-20mA, 0-5V or 0-10V output
  • 0-500Hz frequency output
  • scalable pulse output

The ISM 5.0 sensor can be easily installed in new pipe systems or by hot tap in pressurized pipes with flowing liquids. There are no moving parts so obstruction to flow and pressure drop is minimal. Installation through a full port ball valve allows easy retraction and reinsertion without shutting down flow.


Multi-Input Controller Model 2300

The 2300 offers a real breakthrough in process control. It features the functionality of a PLC and a SCADA in a compact package for the price of a transmitter. The 2300 basic unit accepts a total of four inputs from direct 4-20 mA output probes and three square wave inputs from pulse instruments such as paddle wheel or magnetic flow meters.

Four relay outputs are programmable from any of the seven inputs or via the difference of two analog inputs. More complex functions between inputs can be customized at the factory. More inputs or outputs are provided by purchase of an optional card.


Air Nozzles And Air Amplifying Nozzles For Drying And Blow Off Applications

Air Nozzles are the smallest amplifiers for point applications.

Air Jets entrain large volumes of surrounding air through the Jet (similar to Air Amplifiers) and are more efficient than Air Nozzles. They cover a larger blowoff target than an Air Nozzle.

The larger the Air Nozzle the greater the efficiency for flow amplification and significant energy savings can be achieved. It is important to recognize that amplification Air Nozzles are “flow” amplifiers and not force amplifiers. However the more air consumed the greater the force produced.

The most important reason to use Air Nozzles is safety. All Nex Flow™ Air Nozzles meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically reduced with Air Nozzles in addition to lower energy use.

Air Jets From Nex Flow™

Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. They are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. Their best use is to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers. Nozzles are for point use while air jets can fan out somewhat for better continuous blow-off when a row of them are made. Nex Flow air jets are all made adjustable with a lock ring to assure the security of any gap setting. They have a female 1/8” NPT and made lightweight with anodized aluminum.

Temperature Transmitter 2-Wire Economy RTD Hockey Puck Style

This is the one transmitter you need to stock for all your maintenance needs. Using your PC and the available software simply program this transmitter for any one of 7 RTD or 13 thermocouple types or customize the calibration linearization at up to 40 points to fit none standard transmitter outputs.

The output signal can be inverted and can be programmed to be linear with temperature or linear with resistance or mV input. Features include a 7mm central hole for easy spring loading of 1/4" tube, insulating barriers between terminals to prevent shorts and a captive cover on programming pins to keep them clean.


NaK Filled Melt Pressure Transducers

The RTNAK6S NaK Filled Melt Pressure Transducer is designed specifically for food, packaging and medical processing applications. The Model RTNAK uses a special high temperature fill (NaK, potassium sodium) and an Inconel diaphragm to allow for pressure measurement in applications with process temperatures up to 1,000ºF. Kistler Model 7013C Quartz Pressure Sensor

The quartz pressure sensor Kistler Model 7013C is an industrial sensor for measuring cylinder pressures in internal combustion engines. Sensor and cable together form and oil- and splash-proof unit. Suitable for longtime measurements and arduous duties.

The use of polystable quartz elements assures security from twinning even under high mechanical stressing. As a result, the sensitivity remains largely constant between -50ºC and 350ºC.

Applications including measuring in combustion chambers under severe conditions of fouling, moisture, etc. Special design makes the sensor largely insensitive to combustion residues and therefore, suitable for arduous duties as well as longtime measurements. Can be fitted without adapter into an indicator hole. A Piezotron version is available as Type 7613C.
