1/16 DIN PID Auto-Tune Temperature Controller With Fuzzy Logic

The Fuzzy Logic plus PIM microprocessor-based controller series, incorporate a bright, easy to read 4-digit LED display, indicating process value or set point value. The Fuzzy Logic technology enables a process to reach a predetermined set point in the shortest time, with the minimum of overshoot during power-up or external load disturbance.

Model F48 is a 1/16 DIN size panel mount controller. The unit is powered by 11-26 or 90-250 VDC/VAC supply, incorporating a 2 amp. control relay output as standard. The second output can be used as cooling control, an alarm or dwell timer. Both outputs can select triac, 5V logic output, linear current or linear voltage to drive external device. There are six types of alarm plus a dwell timer can be configured for the second output. The units are fully programmable for PT100 and thermocouple types J, K, T,E, B, R, S, N, L with no need to modify the unit. The input signal is digitized by using a 18-bit A to D converter. Its fast sampling rate allows the unit to controlfa st processes.

MantaRay Portable Area-Velocity Flow Meter

The MantaRay Portable Area-Velocity Flow Meter measures flow in open channels, partially filled and surcharged pipes using an ultrasonic sensor. It's designed for monitoring stormwater, sewage, industrial effluent, irrigation water and natural streams. The MantaRay displays and datalogs flow rate and total flow and connects to samplers, SCADA and telemetry systems.

Calibration is simple: enter the pipe diameter or channel dimensions and the MantaRay automatically computes and displays the flow rate and total on its backlit LCD display. 
Mount the sensor at the bottom of the pipe or channel and hang the IP67 electronics case above the high water level.

Cleveland SXT Series Side Entry Mixers

Side-entering mixers SXT Series work efficiently where a tank is too large for convenient installation of a top-entering mixer, or where headroom is severely limited. Side Entry mixers are less expensive than top entry mixers in large tank installations because the long shafts required by extremely tall tanks are eliminated.

In the case of very large tanks, several smaller side entry mixers may be more efficient and economical than a single, larger unit.

The SXT design incorporates a trouble and maintenance free gear drive, unlike belt driven models where frequent belt adjustment or replacement is required. The SXT Series is ideal for process applications involving continuous blending, heat transfer, mass transfer, or solids suspension. It provides cost effective agitation of medium to low viscosity fluids in large storage tanks.

Vortex Tubes

There are three basic physical sizes of vortex tubes used extensively in industry the version, medium version and large version. Vortex tubes can be selected by required performance in cooling for the "H" generator versions and where very cold temperatures are required "C" generators are used. However, even with "C" generators, as expected, the higher the flow rating the greater the cooling effect.

Nex Flow™ stainless steel vortex tubes use a metal (brass) generator as a standard item rather than cheap plastic for longer life and for applications in high temperature environments. (competitors would charge extra for that feature.) With virtually no moving parts, Vortex Tubes take compressed air and converts it to cold air at one end and hot air at the other. Temperature as low as -50ºF (-46ºC) can be achieved at the cold end and up to 260º F (127ºC) at the hot end.

Vortex tubes are used to cool electronic controls, machining operations, spot cooling and more.


ITMA or V Industrial Pressure Transmitters

Split Core Current Sensors

Split Core Current Sensors Model SC225 is our easiest to install fixed setpoint current operated solid state status sensor for status indication.

The one unit is pre-set to switch at 1.5 amps and will switch either AC or DC loads. This flexible design eliminates installation problems. It is not possible to incorrectly set the trip point or install a DC unit when an AC load should be switched.

Split Core Current Sensors Model SC225 design means that retrofit installations are simplified since power does not have to be shut off and connections do not have to be broken.


IP258 Pressure Indicator from ONEhalf20

Ramsey RT Series Rotary Level Control

Kistler Model 7013C Quartz Pressure Sensor

The quartz pressure sensor Kistler Model 7013C is an industrial sensor for measuring cylinder pressures in internal combustion engines. Sensor and cable together form and oil- and splash-proof unit. Suitable for longtime measurements and arduous duties.

The use of polystable quartz elements assures security from twinning even under high mechanical stressing. As a result, the sensitivity remains largely constant between -50ºC and 350ºC.

Applications including measuring in combustion chambers under severe conditions of fouling, moisture, etc. Special design makes the sensor largely insensitive to combustion residues and therefore, suitable for arduous duties as well as longtime measurements. Can be fitted without adapter into an indicator hole. A Piezotron version is available as Type 7613C.
