Industrial Thermocouples & RTD Assemblies

The Industrial Thermocouples and RTD Assemblies are manufactured using high quality contamination and chemical resistant mineral insulated RTD and thermocouple cable. Industrial Thermocouples and RTD Assemblies have higher temperature capabilities up to (3000ºF) and insure trouble free operation where with minimum failure. Industrial Thermocouples and RTD Assemblies can be manufactured with a single sensor, dual or multipoint sensors and in various diameters from .010" to 1.125" in diameter with a large variety of termination's like explosion proof heads, FDA (food) Terminal Head or with leads and plugs. ISM 5.0 Insertion Magmeter

The ISM 5.0 accurately measures flow of conductive liquids in full pipes. It installs through a tap in the pipe wall and works on a wide range of pipe sizes. The dual-electrode sensor and continuous auto-zero function provides high accuracy - even at low flow rates. ISM 5.0 features include:

  • electromagnetic with no moving parts
  • simplified hot tap insertion design
  • installs in 3-72" (80-1800 mm) diameter pipes
  • selectable 4-20mA, 0-5V or 0-10V output
  • 0-500Hz frequency output
  • scalable pulse output

The ISM 5.0 sensor can be easily installed in new pipe systems or by hot tap in pressurized pipes with flowing liquids. There are no moving parts so obstruction to flow and pressure drop is minimal. Installation through a full port ball valve allows easy retraction and reinsertion without shutting down flow.

The RD6H-M18 Extruder Rupture Disk have a 6" stem, Hex Head and a M18 x 1.5 mounting thread. The RD6H-M18 is available in a wide variety of burst pressures and is typically a stock item.

Split Core Current Sensors

Split Core Current Sensors Model SC225 is our easiest to install fixed setpoint current operated solid state status sensor for status indication.

The one unit is pre-set to switch at 1.5 amps and will switch either AC or DC loads. This flexible design eliminates installation problems. It is not possible to incorrectly set the trip point or install a DC unit when an AC load should be switched.

Split Core Current Sensors Model SC225 design means that retrofit installations are simplified since power does not have to be shut off and connections do not have to be broken.

The X-Stream™ Supreme Pneumatic Conveying System (XSPC) Model XSPC60 has virtually no moving parts, conveys material at high rates and over long distances. It utilizes compressed air for a powerful, efficient venturi action along its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying over large distances.

The X-Stream™ Supreme Pneumatic Conveying System (XSPC) Model XSPC60 is available in hard anodized aluminum. Simply clamp a standard hose size to each end of XSPC to create this high energy conveying system. No moving parts for maintenance free operation with capacity and flow controlled with a pressure regulator.

The X-Stream™ Supreme Pneumatic Conveying System (XSPC) are available in 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm) and 2" (51mm). Any size beyond that can be prohibitive for most applications due to high compressed air requirements.

Strain Indicator Recorder Vishay Model P3

The Model P3 Strain Indicator and Recorder is a portable, battery-operated instrument capable of simultaneously accepting four inputs from quarter-, half-, and full-bridge strain-gauge circuits, including strain-gauge-based transducers. Water- resistant grommets in the hinged cover allow the lid to be closed with leadwires attached. Designed for use in a wide variety of physical test and measurement applications, the P3 functions as bridge amplifier, static strain indicator, and digital data logger.
