Just as quiet as an air conditioner (about 62 dBA), the Vortex A/C noise level is 93% less than other conventional, vortex type cabinet coolers. When the thermo-statically-controlled Vortex A/C is operating, the decibel level is about the same as normal human conversation!

This next generation, Vortex Cooler features an integral mechanical thermostat to conserve energy and maintain enclosure temperatures within a range of 80° to 90°F. Requiring only a compressed air supply to operate, the UL listed Vortex A/C quickly installs in a 1.5” knockout hole to keep electrical control panels cool, clean and protected.

They are designed for long maintenance-free life on chemical dosing lines ¼” to 4”. They offer reliable opening and adjustable relief pressures of 3 to 150 psi. Advanced hydraulic design offers high flow rates, low hysteresis, and low overpressure to fully open. All-plastic construction (PVC, PP or PVDF) offers high chemical resistance at reasonable cost. True union end connections up to 2” eliminate leakage problems common with old-fashioned threaded body valves.

The new “Chem-Flare” end connections provide a long term zero leakage solution for sodium hypochlorite services. SB17 is the compact model is for ¼” to ½” tubing, while the SB12 is available for pipe sizes ½” to 4”. The same valve offers both as both back pressure and relief functions. For relief the valve is installed on the branch of a tee.

CP1H Multi-Purpose Programmable Controller

The CP1H is a multi-purpose controller that has up to 20K steps of User Memory. The XA-type comes standard with 4 Analog Inputs and 2 Analog Outputs. All CP1H units support: Modbus Master and Slave via serial communications ports, Profibus, Ethernet, and DeviceNet. They also support 400 instructions including: (PID, PID with Auto Tune, Floating Point Math), Function Block, Structured Text programming and up to 320 I/O points. The CP1H is a compact, cost-effective solution and is ideal for pumping stations, RTUs, small process applications and inverter speed control. The memory module can store programs and initial settings and uses the same instruction sets as larger CJ and CS controllers to easily re-use programs from cross-platforms. It is programmed with Omron's universal software platform and CX-Programmer, for maximizing software investment.
