Precision Temperature Recorder

The FUZ4RTD is a 4 channel, battery powered, stand alone, RTD based, precision temperature recorder. This is an all-in-one compact, portable, easy to use device that will measure and record up to 21,845 measurements per channel. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The QUADRTD makes data retrieval quick and easy. Wind Measuring Systems - Ultrasonic Anemometer

Measure temperature as well as wind speed and direction.

The Ultrasonic Anemometer 2D detects the horizontal components of wind speed and direction in two dimensions as well as the virtual temperature. Due to its very short measurement intervals, the Ultrasonic Anemometer is ideal for the inertia-free measurement of gusts and peak values. The sensors and instrument body are automatically heated so that measurements are not affected by ice, snow or rainfall.

Smart Temperature Transmitter 4-20 mA + HART

The Smar TT301 is a powerful and extremely versatile programmable temperature transmitter, which can be used with practically all relevant temperature sensors as well as with load cells, resistance position indicators, etc. The TT301 transmitter is suitable for direct field installation, being weather and explosion proof as well as intrisically safe.

Extruder Rupture Disks

Extruder Rupture Disks are designed for reliable emergency relief of excess pressure since they instantaneously rupture at a specific predetermined pressure range. Skylark Controls model CBP Extruder Rupture Disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders. Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel.

Altitude Control Valve

The Model 780 Altitude Control Valve, One Way Flow is an automatic control valve designed to control the high water level in reservoirs and tanks without the need for external control devices such as floats, etc. It is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated globe valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern design. Valve differential pressure powers the diaphragm actuator open or closed.

The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve. The upper control chamber, which operates on a three-way control principle, has pressure applied from or pressure vented through the three-way altitude pilot.

Capacitance Level Control

Thermo Electron Corporation's "CAP" Series Capacitance Level Control is designed for point level monitoring of solids, fluids or slurries in bins, vessels and chutes. The CAP Capacitance Level Control can eliminate spills, material waste, and down time by preventing bin overflows, plugged chutes and empty bins. The CAP Capacitance Level Control works equally well as a high or low level indicator in plastics, food, chemicals, mineral slurries, or other materials.

CAP Capacitance Level Control detects the presence or absence of material by sensing a change in capacitance caused by the difference in dielectric constant of the vessel material and air. To detect these small changes, the CAP series sensors use a unique detection circuit that operates at a relatively low frequency level (6 KHz). Unlike other capacitance sensors, the operating frequency of the CAP Capacitance Level Control series is well below the RF level and not subject to FCC regulation.

Humidity Transmitter and Humidity/Temperature Transmitter from Minco
