Circulation Heaters

Operating from 12 to 24 VDC, the M-300 Family includes several sensor models that operate at different ultrasonic frequencies, which produce detection ranges from as close as 4 inches (100 mm) to greater than 15 feet (4.5 meters). A linear output of 0 to 10 VDC is provided, which is proportional to the measured distance to the target from the minimum detection distance to the nominal maximum target distance specified for the particular M-300 model.

Dual Indoor Alarm Model AL102-2-2R: High & Low Level

The Model AL102-2-2R is an indoor alarm that must be mounted in a non-hazardous area. It accepts two switch contact inputs. The high and low level alarm inputs are from a float switch. A green LED indicates that the power is on. An audible alarm signal occurs when either external contact is closed. A red LED provides the visual alarm indication for each input contact. Each input contact has a corresponding toggle switch that is turned off to mute the buzzer. The red light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected. The toggle switch must be switched back on in order for the buzzer to sound the next alarm for that input. A relay contact output is available for each input contact.

Belt Type Oil Skimmers

Mini-skimmers have been in use throughout the world since 1990. Thousands are used daily to remove unwanted floating "tramp" oils.

They are small, run very quietly, and use a very dependable permanent magnet motor! Standard models for industrial users include oil pickup rate to 1 gallon/hour, loose or fixed tail pulley design, and a choice of polyurethane (for coolants & oil/water) or stainless steel(for parts washing) belts in four standard length sizes.

Special skimmers with other options such as special belt lengths (to 100 ft.), two belts, stainless motor covers, etc. are available. Model MSB Mini-Skimmer fitted for a 2" mounting well. PVC pipe show on "demo model is 2" I.D. fitted with a 1" wide stainless steel belt. Belts can reach as far down as 50 ft. They are equipped with special small tail pulley and weight bar.
