Loop-Powered AC Current Transmitter

Loop-Powered AC Current Transmitter, CR4220 Series, produces 4 - 20 mA DC output current proportional to the input average RMS AC current. Provides long range monitoring of AC sinusoidal currents in an easy to install package.

General Purpose Level Switch

The LS6000 is a basic, general-purpose level switch that can measure virtually any liquid, dry material or interface of electrically conductive or non-conductive products. The proprietary radio frequency (RF) balanced impedence bridge has exceptional temperature stability, thus eliminating the need to recalibrate the unit from season to season.

When the probe is installed, it is calibrated in absence of material touching the probe. When the desired material comes in contact with the probe, the LS6000 is activated and gives the desired output.

Continuous Duty Rocking Piston Diaphram Air Pump

The TUF Pump is a 1/20 horsepower, continuous duty, rocking piston diaphragm air pump for use in pressure or vacuum applications. Its sealed bearings motor requires no lubrication. It can be used as an air supply for bubbler type liquid level controls requiring constant 24/7 operation.

Each pump is able to run non-stop for up to 10,000 hours provided it is used with an Ingram BK-10, BK-20 or BK-30 Bubbler Kit. NOTE: For continuous 24/7 operation, we recommend a yearly pump rebuild using the TUF Pump Rebuild Kit.

Pump Controllers from Ktech Industrial Products Inc.

Pump Controllers are installed to automatically operate a pump to control the level of a liquid in a tank. They are used in conjunction with Ktech Multi-Level Float Switches. Use two contacts to start and stop the pump. A relay circuit switches power to the fractional horsepower pump motor or to the three-phase contactor of a large pump motor.

Similarly, the switch contacts can be used to operate solenoid valves. Use additional contacts to indicate an alarm condition. These alarms provide an audible and visual signal. The audible signal can be muted after which the warning light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected.

Melt Pressure Gauges from ONEhalf20 are available in two unique styles. The CTG style features a 6" rigid stem and 30" of flex capillary. The RTG style has only a 6" rigid stem. Other configurations of these two styles are also available. In addition ONEhalf20 also offers these same mechanical gauges with 3.3 mV/Volt transducer output, or either 4-20mA or 0 - 10 Vdc transmitter outputs. These unique gauges feature the standard Bendix style 6 pin bayonet connector and are ideal for processors looking for localized visual indication at the extruder barrel.
