Smar TT300 Series Temperature Transmitters

The Smar TT300 Series is a transmitter mainly intended for measurement of temperature using RTDs or thermocouples. However, it can also accept other sensors with resistance or mV output such as: pyrometers, load cells, resistance position indicators, etc.

The Smar TT300 Series is a powerful and extremely versatile smart temperature transmitter. The digital technology used in the TT300 Series enables a single device to accept several types of sensors, wide ranges, single or multiple-ended measurement and an easy interface between the field and the control room. It also includes several interesting features that reduce considerably the installation, operation and maintenance costs. The transmitter accepts two channels, i.e., two measurements. This reduces the cost per channel.

Digital Temperature Transmitter

Digital temperature transmitter, this is the one you need to stock for all your maintenance needs. It can be programmed using your PC and the available software for any one of 7 RTD or 13 thermocouple types or customize the calibration to fit none standard transmitter outputs. When pipeline system components require protection from dirt and debris and the line can be shut down for basket cleaning, a HAYWARD® All Plastic Simplex Basket Strainer is the ideal choice. Unwanted particles are removed as the process media passes through a perforated strainer basket contained inside the strainer body. The basket traps the unwanted material while allowing the process media to flow freely.

Changing or cleaning the strainer basket is quick and easy. The hand removable, spin-off cover features two angled handles for easy access to the strainer basket. The housing features external cover threads that do not contact the process media and never need cleaning. Venting and draining are made possible by two hand removable, threaded plugs, one on the top of the cover and the other on the housing side.

Capacitance Level Control

Thermo Electron Corporation's "CAP" Series Capacitance Level Control is designed for point level monitoring of solids, fluids or slurries in bins, vessels and chutes. The CAP Capacitance Level Control can eliminate spills, material waste, and down time by preventing bin overflows, plugged chutes and empty bins. The CAP Capacitance Level Control works equally well as a high or low level indicator in plastics, food, chemicals, mineral slurries, or other materials.

CAP Capacitance Level Control detects the presence or absence of material by sensing a change in capacitance caused by the difference in dielectric constant of the vessel material and air. To detect these small changes, the CAP series sensors use a unique detection circuit that operates at a relatively low frequency level (6 KHz). Unlike other capacitance sensors, the operating frequency of the CAP Capacitance Level Control series is well below the RF level and not subject to FCC regulation.

"Minitwist" - MTFC - Automatic Self-Cleaning Filtration System

“Minitwist” Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M3/H). Digital Signal Conditioner With TEDS-Tag Auto Identification

CellMite is a compact digital signal conditioner that connects directly to a standard strain-gage-based load cell, extensometer, or pressure sensor and simulataneously generates a serial output for connection to a PC as well as a +/-10V analog output.

CellMite compensates for transducer nonlinearities using its integrated 6-point calibration capability not found in standard signal conditioners. Its multi-drop RS232 serial port, unit addressing capabilities, and simple command set allow for connection of multiple units in a serial network configuration. The TEDS-Tag® auto identification feature with integrated electronic tags allows the CellMite® to automatically select the correct sensor calibration and analog output for scaling for the connected transducer.

CellMite features a nonvolatile memory for parameter and calibration storage, the ability to select between three transducers, multi-point and mV/V calibration, remote sense excitation, and a 24-bit internal resolution with 16-bit analog output.
