CellMite® Model 4327 Board with Auto Identifying Display Intelligent Signal Conditioner |
CellMite®
Model 4327 Board with auto identifying display is an embedded digital signal conditioner board from Electro Standards Laboratories that connects directly to a standard strain gage transducer
and simultaneously generates a serial output for direct connection to a PC, a scalable +/-10V analog output for interface to data acquisition systems, and a 16 character auto identifying display
for direct readout viewing. The Model 4327 has on board storage for three calibrated sensors, each with integrated 6-point calibration and independent user specified dispay setup parameters.
When a TEDS-Tag® capable sensor is connected to the unit, that sensor is immediately identified by the Model 4327 and its stored calibration data and display configuration are automatically
loaded. If that sensor is removed and another TEDS-Tag® sensor is connected, then its calibration data and display data are automatically loaded. Unlike other units in its class, auto sensor
identification and auto display identification require no user intervention and prevent field personnel from making costly mistakes due to incorrect sensor calibration or display setup. |

Electro-Pneumatic Positioner |
The
Electro-Pneumatic Positioner YT-1000R is used for operation of pneumatic
rotary valve actuators by means of electrical controller or control
systems with an analog output signal of DC 4 to 20mA or split ranges
and Limit Switch is attached internally. |
| Voltage To Resistance Transducer
The ETR is equipped with a Local Override feature that allows for manual output control. Output status is indicated by 6 LEDs in an easy to follow binary code. The input current loop, the Local Override mode and the processor status are also indicated by LEDs. |
The ETR accepts a generic
Analog Output signal (voltage or current) and provides variable resistance output as a simulated potentiometer. The board performs 64 step approximation with about 1.5% output resolution. For
high output accuracy the ETR's resistive array utilizes a number of 1% precision metal film resistors. Their unique configuration allows for over 4 Watts power dissipation. |

Dual Indoor Alarm Model AL102-2-2R: High & Low Level
|
The Model AL102-2-2R is an indoor alarm that must
be mounted in a non-hazardous area. It accepts two switch contact inputs. The high and low level alarm inputs are from a float switch. A green LED indicates that the power is on. An audible
alarm signal occurs when either external contact is closed. A red LED provides the visual alarm indication for each input contact. Each input contact has a corresponding toggle switch that is
turned off to mute the buzzer. The red light remains on until the alarm condition is corrected. The toggle switch must be switched back on in order for the buzzer to sound the next alarm for
that input. A relay contact output is available for each input contact. |

compact oil skimmer. All types of oil simmers will lift some of the
“host” fluid along with the oil that is collected, whether
it is water from a parts washer or coolant from a machining operation.
Normally is about 7% with wheel type skimmers and 1% with belt skimmers
but it can vary widely.
