Immersion Heaters
Flanged Immersion Heaters are used in large capacity vessels, for high temperature and pressure applications. They are installed by bolting the unit to a matching flange welded to the vessel. Watt densities from 90 Watts/sq inch, Explosion Proof (NEMA 7), Corrosion Resistant (NEMA 4X), General Purpose and Standoff Terminal housings are available. A number of sheath materials like Titanium, Incoloy, Stainless Steel, Steel, and Copper can be used as required for specific applications. Screw Plug Immersion Heaters are ideal for immersion min liquids, where space and connections are a problem. They are installed in medium to small size containers at pressures up to 3000 PSI.

Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters
Our Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters are constructed using the same technique we use in the industrial sensors we supply to power plants and heavy industries. The RTD or thermocouple is embedded in magnesium oxide, packed and sealed within a stainless steel sheath. Because the sensor is so well protected from shock in this construction, long life is ensured, even under the most severe conditions. We incorporate a flange in our standard design in order to make mounting easy. The terminal box containing the transmitter electronics is mounted on a stand-off to minimize heat transfer from the flue gas to the electronics.

Lutz Drum Pumps
Karl Lutz founded his drum pump manufacturing company in 1954. What started as a purely practically motivated concern with the basic idea of "How can I get a liquid out of a drum as efficient and safe as possible?" became the "task of a life-time" - not only for Karl Lutz, but for the field of drum pump technology as a whole. Lutz drum and container pumps contribute today towards rendering life and future working conditions even safer, in a world environment which is becoming ever conscious to be better protected. Those products that have a bright future in store are those which are oriented towards individual requirements. The wide variety of tasks, liquids and container dimensions has determined the spread of the Lutz range.

Extruder Rupture Disks
Extruder Rupture Disks are designed for reliable emergency relief of excess pressure since they instantaneously rupture at a specific predetermined pressure range. Model CBP Extruder Rupture Disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders. Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel.
