Drum Heaters
Drum Heaters are a used to control temperatures on a variety of pails or drums where maintaining viscosity and keeping the contents fluid are important. Drum Heaters provide uniform heat and prevent scorching or degradation of sensitive materials.
Drum Heaters also provide freeze protection and are available with fixed or adjustable thermostats for various applications. Common voltages and sizes are available from stock but custom designs can be manufactured to suit your application.

Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters
Our Flue Gas Temperature Transmitters are constructed using the same technique we use in the industrial sensors we supply to power plants and heavy industries. The RTD or thermocouple is embedded in magnesium oxide, packed and sealed within a stainless steel sheath.
Because the sensor is so well protected from shock in this construction, long life is ensured, even under the most severe conditions. We incorporate a flange in our standard design in order to make mounting easy. The terminal box containing the transmitter electronics is mounted on a stand-off to minimize heat transfer from the flue gas to the electronics.

Peristaltic Hose Pumps
Ponndorf Hose Pumps are self-priming rotating positive displacement pumps without any valves. Because of their good suction capacity of up to geodetic suction heights of hs = 8 m they do not need an elevated supply to be be emptied.
The conveying is done in an elastic hose placed along the wall of the pump housing. A rotor is installed centrically in this housing, either with two displacement rollers or shoes arranged at 180° or with three of these arranged at 120°.

Non-Contacting Flow Meter
The new DFM 4.0 Doppler Flow Meter from Greyline Instruments measures flow from outside a pipe. The strap-on ultrasonic sensor mounts on any pipe ½" ID or larger. Greyline recommends the DFM 4.0 for difficult liquids like wastewater, sludge, slurries, abrasives or any liquid with bubbles or suspended solids. Calibration and start-up is simple with the built-in 3-button keypad.
Standard features include a large 4-digit display, a 16-digit totalizer, isolated 4-20mA output and 3 control relays. VFD interference suppression is automatic for pump station applications. Options include a built-in 50,000 point data logger and reporting system with RS232 output and Windows software, intrinsically safe and high temperature sensors.

Vortex A/C - Vortex Cooler from Pelmar Engineering
Avoid any downtime, with the most affordable, reliable, and easiest to install thermal protection product available for electrical enclosures! Just as quiet as an air conditioner (about 62 dBA), the Vortex A/C; noise level is 73% less than other conventional, vortex type cabinet coolers. When the thermostatically-controlled Vortex A/C is operating, the decibel level is about the same as normal human conversation!
This next generation, Vortex Cooler features an integral mechanical thermostat to conserve energy and maintain enclosure temperatures within a range of 80° to 90°F. Requiring only a compressed air supply to operate, the UL listed Vortex A/C quickly installs in a 1.5" knockout hole to keep electrical control panels cool, clean and protected.

Extruder Rupture Disks
Extruder Rupture Disks are designed for reliable emergency relief of excess pressure since they instantaneously rupture at a specific predetermined pressure range. Model CBP Extruder Rupture Disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders.
Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel.
